What is a Personal Organiser?

An organiser is your ultimate organisational buddy, helping you manage every aspect of your life. From weekly to-do’s to future plans, and everything from meal prep to travel—it’s the tool that keeps you on top of things.
An organiser consists of two parts: the insert and the ring binder. The insert is the calendar section you customise to become your personal assistant. Once you’ve designed your insert, pop it in the ring binder of your choice.
The best part about the organiser is that it’s fully customisable. Add a personal touch with your own cover image, tailor the inside to your needs by choosing the weekly layout, personal dates, to-do lists, and much more. In fact, you can make over 600 different customisations. Wow!

How to Create a Personal Organiser

1. Customise the cover with your own image

Let the fun begin! Start by designing the cover, both front and back. You can upload your own images or choose from our ready-made designs. You can also add your own text to personalise it further.

2. Design the inside – the heart of your organiser

The inside, also known as the insert or inlay, is where you customise everything from the start month and date range to colours, language, and the layout of your weekly spreads. Finish by adding themed pages for extra planning, creativity, relaxation, and much more.

3. Pair the insert with a ring binder

Insert + ring binder = your organiser! We offer ring binders in A5 and Personal sizes wrap around your custom inlay. The inserts are also compatible with Filofax, meaning you can attach your personalised insert to your old Filofax binder. We think that’s pretty great!

What’s the difference between an A5 and Personal size organiser?

There are a few differences between the A5 organiser inserts and Personal size inserts, but the biggest difference is the size. Size A5 is 148mm x 210mm / 5.8” x 8.3”. The Personal size is 95mm x 170mm / 3.7” x 6.7” – just a tad smaller.
Both sizes are available in our design tool, where you make all customisation choices. So, size truly doesn’t matter in this instance - regardless of your choice, you get to make your insert fully yours, in every detail. Just pick the size that fits you and your life best!
