Your brain needs oxygen to stay sharp and retain what you've just learnt. Schedule regular breaks and make sure they include some outdoor time and movement.
Color code your subjects!
Train your brain to recognize school subjects by color. It's a satisfying way to quickly recognize what needs to be studied.
