On-Demand Printing
We only print the planner you order, ensuring there’s no overproduction or large stock of unsold goods wasting space and resources.
Highest Quality
Our planners are designed to be durable and used every day for an entire year. A product you’ve created yourself often becomes a beloved keepsake. We choose our materials with great care to ensure your planner is of the highest quality and lasts a long time.

Our paper
Our wonderfully thick 130-gram paper undergoes thorough testing to make sure it’s up to par.
Our paper is also Cradle to Cradle Certified® at the Bronze level. This certification ensures our products aren’t only minimizing their impact on the planet, but are actively working to leave a positive environmental impact overall.
Produced at a paper mill in Sweden that carries the Nordic Swan Ecolabel, our paper is environmentally certified according to FSC, PEFC, ISO 14001, Paper Profile, and EMAS standards

Nearly all of our paper products are printed in the heart of Sweden by our trusted partner. They hold a range of environmental certifications and are always working on new ways to enhance their sustainability.

Efficient shipping
When it’s time to ship our products, we’ve consciously chosen specially designed packaging that provides enough protection for the items while minimizing unnecessary extra space - no shipping air here!
And to keep things simple, we stick to digital communication primarily, and avoid sending ads or inserts in our packages.

Reducing Plastic
In conversation with our customers and taking in their feedback, we’ve been gradually reducing plastic in our products. Now, you can choose to forego the plastic storage pocket and ruler altogether, or opt for a thinner ruler for your planner. We’ve also recently removed the lamination from our covers as part of this ongoing effort. Where practical, we avoid individual plastic packaging for our accessories. For example, we pack multiple pen packs in paper instead of cellophane bags and use paper strips to bundle cards and refill pages, where plastic bags would have been the standard.
Improved Packaging
To ship our family wall planners and A4 planners, we use recyclable corrugated cardboard packaging. For other orders, we’re actively searching for packaging that’s more eco-friendly yet still provides good protection during shipping.

Non-toxic Ink
We use only non-toxic ink in printing your planner. Our printing inks are solvent free, water based, and approved by the Nordic Swan Ecolabel.
Personal Planner HQ
Our headquarters, just outside of Uppsala, is located in a converted barn in the lush Swedish countryside. Here, our electricity is 100% renewable and, to encourage a culture of environmental thinking, we provide company bikes for employees who take the train to the office. We also have charging stations available for our employees’ electric cars.
